Tomoyuki Tanaka (FPM) —————
Active internationally as a music producer and music selector. Released eight original albums under the name FPM. Produced music for numerous artists and remixed over 100 tracks for artists including Hotei Tomoyasu, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, UNICORN, Sakanaction, Fatboy Slim, James Brown, and Earth, Wind & Fire. Also provided music for numerous TV commercials, US films, overseas dramas, and theatrical productions. As a DJ, he has performed at major festivals both in Japan, including renowned domestic events, and internationally, such as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in the US. He also handles music and sound direction for various commercial facilities and entertainment content. He served as Music Director for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies and the Paralympic Opening Ceremony. Since 2022, he has been a Visiting Professor at the Senzoku Gakuen College of Music’s “Music and Sound Design Course”.

Editor-in-Chief of “RiCE” and “RiCE.press”. Representative of Rice Press. After a decade at Rocking On, he launched the fashion culture magazine ‘EYESCREAM’ in 2004. He stepped down as Editor-in-Chief of “EYESCREAM” with its 12th anniversary issue in April 2016 and established Rice Press Inc. Launched the food culture magazine “RiCE” in October of the same year. Launched the web media “RiCE.press” in January 2018.
Cook Inoue—————
Straight man for the comedy duo “Twinkle,” affiliated with SMA Sony Music Artists. Holds eight food-related qualifications, possessing extensive knowledge, insight, and skills in food. Beyond TV and radio appearances, he actively works as a versatile culinary entertainer who “can talk, cook, and teach with fun,” serving as a cooking instructor, MC for culinary events, recipe developer, product producer, and serialized gourmet columnist. His specialty is “Quick Tip Cooking,” transforming simple home meals into restaurant-quality dishes. His extraordinary love for gyoza earned him the nickname “Gyoza Entertainer.” Though originally from Kobe, his father’s job transfers led him to spend his childhood in Hiroshima and Saitama, junior high and high school in Niigata, university in Osaka, and post-graduation in Tokyo. This background gives him deep knowledge of regional cuisines and mail-order gourmet foods. In recent years, he has also focused on activities related to regional revitalization, SDGs (reducing food loss), food education, and disaster preparedness.
